The venue features two unique floors that blend the historic building with a modern style.  Doors open to a covered porch and outside seating area when the weather allows. The 950 square foot space accommodates privately hosted events or those wanting to take full advantage of the coffee bar amenities.

The Community Room

(up to 12 people)

Just need the space for a few people? You can rent/reserve our Conference Room for your next book club or small group gathering. Our conference room can hold up to 12 people.

Projectors and screens are available upon request.

Our upstairs space

(up to 50 people)

Rent our entire upstairs level for an elegant, private event that can hold up to 40 people. Comes with access to our Conference Room, which can serve as a staging area, as a buffet, or as a breakout room.

Works great for business conferences, holiday parties, social group gatherings, or parties.

Renting our upstairs includes the Community Room.

For special events, our entire space is available for rent. This includes our upstairs and main floor levels, The Cottage next door, as well as our front porch and side patio. This space makes for a fun, convenient, historical take on your event.
